Welcome to the GlobeDock Academy Help Center. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our app, subscriptions, and learning experience.

General Questions

1. What is GlobeDock Academy?
GlobeDock Academy is an online learning platform based in Ethiopia that provides high-quality tutorial videos, quizzes, and downloadable study materials for students in Grades 7 to 12. Our courses follow the Ethiopian national curriculum and also prepare learners for national exams.

2. Who can use GlobeDock Academy?
Our platform is designed for students aged 12 years and older. Parents and guardians can also use the platform to monitor their child’s learning progress.

Subscriptions & Payments

3. Do I need a subscription to use GlobeDock Academy?
Yes. While some features are free, access to full courses, notes, and quizzes requires a subscription.

4. How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe directly through our app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store). Select a plan that suits you, complete payment, and your account will be activated.

5. Do you offer refunds?
No. Subscription payments are non-refundable, so please review the available content before purchasing.

Using the App

6. What subjects are available?
We cover core subjects including Mathematics, Sciences, English, and Social Studies, with content aligned to the Ethiopian national curriculum.

7. Can I use GlobeDock Academy offline?
Yes. Many of our lessons and study notes are available for download, so you can learn even without internet access.

8. How do I track my progress?
Your personal dashboard shows completed lessons, quiz scores, and areas for improvement, helping you stay on track for exams.

Accounts & Security

9. Can I share my account with others?
No. Each account is for a single user only. Sharing accounts violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension.

10. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password. If you still have issues, contact our support team.
