7.How do I extend or renew my GlobeDock Academy subscription?
To renew your GlobeDock Academy subscription, tap "Enroll" once your current plan ends and select your new subscription period. Your learning progress is saved and you can continue without any interruption.
8. Can I buy a new package before my current subscription expires?
GlobeDock Academy generally requires you to complete your current subscription before renewing for the same grade. However, you can purchase a new package at any time if you are switching to a different grade level.
9. Do I need to create an account to use GlobeDock Academy?
Yes. A GlobeDock Academy account is required to access learning content. You can register using your phone number or email address in the app or at globedockacademy.com. Account creation is free and takes only a few minutes.
10. How much does a GlobeDock Academy subscription cost?
GlobeDock Academy offers three flexible subscription plans. A 1-month plan costs 350 Birr, a 6-month plan costs 1,750 Birr, and a 12-month plan costs 2,500 Birr. All plans include full access to every subject for your selected grade level.

After signing up, tap "Enroll Now", choose your grade, and select a subscription plan. GlobeDock Academy accepts payment via Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa, and Bank of Abyssinia (BOA) — the most widely used mobile payment methods in Ethiopia.

Yes, a parent or guardian can pay on your behalf. During the payment step, change the phone number to the person who is paying before tapping "Pay." They receive a confirmation prompt on their phone, enter their PIN, and your app activates instantly once approved.
13. Can I pay for just one subject on GlobeDock Academy?
GlobeDock Academy subscriptions are sold as complete grade packages rather than individual subjects. One subscription gives you access to every subject for your grade level at a single affordable price, covering both Natural and Social Science streams where applicable.
14. Is the 12-month GlobeDock Academy plan the best value?
